eKNOWtion Ltd. was founded by Kathleen Geraghty and Douglas Kent combining complementary talents to capture a market niche left unfulfilled by larger or less focused firms. Both founders realise the unique set of timing and circumstances to work intimately with clients to "unlock performance" and deliver results that matter - operational savings to the bottom line and revenue growth to the top line - while stimulating and inspiring innovation.

  Douglas Kent

Serving as the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Douglas has over eighteen years of experience focused on the development, marketing and deployment of tailored supply chain solutions for companies across a wide variety of industry sectors and brings energised leadership to eKNOWtion and its clients. Before joining eKNOWtion, Douglas was a Principal Consultant of management consultants Pittiglio Rabin Todd & McGrath (PRTM) and formerly served as the Vice President for the Integrated Material Services division of Avnet Inc. Douglas is an MBA graduate from Pepperdine University's School of Management and studied at Harvard University during his post-graduate years. Douglas is also a frequent lecturer and author of many Supply Chain articles. Through formalized business process reengineering techniques, Douglas drives this improvement by utilising the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model as the baseline for many improvement activities ranging from the initial diagnostic, through re-engineering and change management, benchmarking and continuing education. His approach stems from the unique combination of experiences as a successful practitioner, consultant and educator of Supply Chain best practices and is involved in developing techniques to integrate the Supply Chain with the Product Development Chain.

  Kathleen Geraghty

Serving as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO), Kathleen has been supporting international clients for over 15 years integrating a passion for performance and life in her work. Her extensive experience and hands-on approach have driven positive results for many companies and complex supply chains including OEM's, Contract Manufacturers (CEM's), as well as electronic component manufacturers. Kathleen was previously a Director at Avnet EM where she played a significant role in the product or service development, launch and globalisation of the Avnet Supply Chain Services division. Kathleen is a graduate of University of Illinois, College of Commerce and Business with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis on Industrial Distribution Management. She has studied at the University of Chicago and has completed a Masters of Science in Technology Management at National University Ireland – Galway with a research dissertation in global knowledge management. Kathleen is currently leading eKNOWtion’s US expansion and the introduction of a Knowledge Management practice.
